4. International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. International shipping typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on destination.
5. Packaging & Handling
Your order is packaged with premium, protective materials and clearly labelled with shipping and return info. We include tracking barcodes on all shipments.
6. Order Tracking

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with the carrier and resolve your issue promptly.

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Sky Supplyify is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
